Formed in January 2023, the band has announced that they will disband in December 2025, marking the end of their journey after nearly three years of activity.

"We apologize for this sudden announcement, but 201 Goushitsu will be disbanding at the end of the year.
After numerous discussions among the members, differences arose regarding the direction we wish to take for the future.
As a result, the “Special Disco” concert scheduled for December 1, 2025, at Veats Shibuya will become our final one-man performance, marking the end of our activities.
We sincerely apologize to our fans and everyone involved with the band for this unexpected announcement and the way it has been communicated.
We would also like to express our deep gratitude to all those who have supported 201 Goushitsu up until now.
Though there is little time left, we sincerely hope we can count on your continued support until the very end.
