Visual kei band DIV, who disbanded in 2016, have announced their comeback for a concert called "NEVER DIVIDED, JUST DIVE", which will take place on August 13th, 2023 at Tokyo's Ebisu LIQUID ROOM.
The band, which was formed in 2012, is made up of the following four members: CHISA (vo.), Shogo (gt.), Chobi (ba.) and Satoshi (dr.). Their first one-man show "ONE BY ONE" held on May 6th, 2013 had sold out three minutes after tickets went on sale. Their second one-man concert "ZERO ONE", held on November 3rd, 2013, was sold out in 1 min, earning the band the title of "hardest band to get tickets for".
In just four and a half years of activity, the band had performed at major venues such as Nippon Budokan and Makuhari Messe. And it was at the height of their popularity that they suddenly announced their disbandment. At the time, the band didn’t announce a specific reason for their disbandment, which gave rise to much speculation.
A documentary about the band with English subtitles has been posted on their YouTube channel. The video tells the truth behind their disbandment and why they decided to organize this reunion show.

Le groupe, qui avait vu le jour en 2012, est formé des quatre membres suivants : CHISA (vo.), Shogo (gt.), Chobi (ba.) et Satoshi (dr.). Leur premier one-man “ONE BY ONE” donné le 6 mai 2013 avait été sold out trois minutes après la mise en vente des billets. Leur deuxième concert one-man "ZERO ONE" qui avait eu lieu le 3 novembre 2013 avait fait sold out en 1 min, ce qui valait au groupe le titre de "groupe pour lequel c’est le plus difficile d’obtenir des billets".
En seulement quatre ans et demi d’activités, le groupe s’était produit dans des salles majeures, telles que le Nippon Budokan et le Makuhari Messe. Et c’est lorsqu’il était au sommet de sa popularité, qu' il a soudainement annoncé sa séparation. À l'époque, le groupe n'a pas annoncé de raison précise pour sa séparation, ce qui a donné lieu à diverses spéculations.
