On February 26th, Gulu Gulu's guitarist Kazari didn't show up at their 2-man live with DADAROMA. The staff posted this message on their official Twitter:
"Information regarding today's live.
We couldn't get in touch with Kazari since yesterday (Feb. 25th).
We went to his own home to check if he was okay, but he wasn't there and we currently still haven't heard from him.
After discussing about this situation, today's performance will be held with four members only, I, Rito, Lanju, and Hotaru-chan.
We deeply apologize to all the fans, the performers and the people involved in the band who were waiting for this performance."
On February 27th, the band confirmed that Kazari was safe, implying they finally got in touch with him, without givin more details about the situation though.
Finally on March 5th, the band stated on their official website that Kazari decided to leave the band:
"Thank you very much for always supporting Gulu Gulu.
We would like to apology and make an announcement regarding our guitarist Kazari.
We had no more communication with our guitarist Kazari since the day after our live on February 24th, and he didn't attend a live without permission. After that, we tried to get in touch with him by contacting various contacts and managed to talk to Kazari. And as a result of discussions between the staff, the members and Kazari, he decided to withdraw from the band.
We deeply apologize to all the fans and the people involved in the band for the big troubles and worries we caused you. Now, Gulu Gulu will continue to move forward as a four-members band, so we hope for your continued support."
Le 26 Février, le guitariste de Gulu Gulu, Kazari, ne s'est pas montré à leur concert 2-man avec DADAROMA. Le staff a posté ce message sur leur Twitter officiel :
"Information concernant le live d'aujourd'hui.
Nous n'avons pas réussi à rentrer en contact avec Kazari depuis hier (25 Février).
Nous sommes allés jusque chez lui pour vérifier qu'il allait bien, mais il n'y était pas et nous n'avons toujours aucune nouvelle de lui.
Après avoir discuté de la situation, la performance d'aujourd'hui aura lieu avec quatre membres uniquement, I, Rito, Lanju, et Hotaru-chan.
Nous nous excusions sincèrement auprès de tous les fans, des performeurs et des gens impliqués dans le groupe qui attendaient cette performance."
Le 27 Février, le groupe a confirmé que Kazari était sain et sauf, sous-entendant qu'ils avaient réussi à enfin reprendre contact avec lui, sans toutefois donner plus de détails concernant la situation.
Enfin, le 5 Mars, le groupe a déclaré sur leur site officiel que Kazari avait décidé de quitter le groupe :
"Merci beaucoup pour votre soutien envers Gulu Gulu.
Nous aimerions nous excuser et faire une annonce concernant notre guitariste Kazari.
Nous n'avions plus aucune communication avec notre guitariste Kazari depuis le lendemain de notre concert du 24 Février, et il n'était pas venu au concert sans notre permission. Après cela, nous avons essayé de communiquer avec lui par le biais de divers contacts, et nous avons enfin réussi à parler avec Kazari. Suite à de nombreuses discussions entre le staff, les membres et Kazari, il a décidé de quitter le groupe.
Nous nous excusons sincèrement auprès de tous nos fans et des personnes impliquées dans le groupe pour les inconvénients et inquiétudes que nous vous avons causés. a présent, Gulu Gulu continuera d'avancer à quatre, alors nous espérons pouvoir bénéficier de votre soutien."
