Arlequin announced that they would release a 3rd album titled "The laughing man" in August! At the moment, we don’t have any further detail about it.
One of the song of this album, "ビロード" (Veludo), has already been released as a digital single on iTunes and the usual legal download platforms.
To promote it, the band will hold a one-man tour:
