SID revealed further details about their upcoming album "海辺(Umibe)", set to release on March 23rd this year. The new album will feature 10 songs, including the band's latest single "慈雨のくちづけ(Jiu no kuchizuke)", also known as the opening of the anime "Heaven's Official Blessing". It'll come in three different editions, each of which will allow fans to experience SID's new music in a different light: The standard edition, the poetic edition and the artistic edition.
The poetic edition will come with a book of 100 pages, featuring detailed explanations about the each song's lyrics written by Mao. This extra will allow fans to directly immerse themselves into the world of Mao's words.
The artistic edition will come with photo book of 40 pages featuring photos of each of SID's four members, as well as with a Blu-ray disc featuring music videos for two of the band's upcoming songs, "騙し愛(Damashi ai)" and "海辺(Umibe)". As the band will not release either of the music videos online, only fans buying this edition will be able to watch the videos.
According to vocalist Mao's comment published on the band's website, SID produced the upcoming album with he following concept in mind: "a place where 10 different love stories have been washed ashore to". By listening to their new songs, SID is hoping that their fans will receive their love and see what the new SID is about.

Ce nouvel opus contiendra 10 chansons, dont le dernier single du groupe, "慈雨のくちづけ" (Jiu no kuchizuke), opening de l'anime "Heaven's Official Blessing". Il se déclinera en 3 éditions, chacune d'entre elles permettant aux fans de découvrir les nouveaux morceaux de SID sous un jour différent : l'édition standard, l'édition poétique et l'édition artistique.
L'édition poétique sera accompagnée d'un livre de 100 pages, contenant des explications détaillées sur les paroles de chaque chanson écrites par Mao. Ce supplément permettra aux fans de se plonger directement dans l'univers des paroles du chanteur.
L'édition artistique comprendra un photobook de 40 pages contenant des photos de chacun des quatre membres de SID, ainsi qu'un disque Blu-ray contenant les clips de deux des prochaines chansons du groupe, "騙し愛" (Damashi ai) et " 海辺" (Umibe). Comme le groupe ne mettra aucun de ces clips en ligne, seuls les fans achetant cette édition pourront regarder ces vidéos.
D'après le commentaire du chanteur Mao publié sur le site Web du groupe, SID a produit ce prochain album en ayant ce concept à l'esprit : "un endroit où 10 histoires d'amour différentes se sont échouées". En écoutant leurs nouvelles chansons, SID espère que leurs fans recevront leur amour et comprendront ce qu'est le nouveau SID.
